Complete the form and e-mail it to Mr. Osvaldo Messias de Oliveira o.messias@wuko-karate.org with a copy to Mr. Carlo Henke c.henke@wuko-karate.org
The WUKO Executive Board will decide on the application and notify the applicant.
After acceptance the applying federation must transfer the registration and annual membership fee to the WUKO Treasurer, Mr Lazzaro Daniele,
